Delete your account

You can delete your Padel Ladder account and its data at any time.

In the app

Me, Account and privacy, Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. Straight away we delete your profile, your contact details, your friends and follows, your messages and the ways you sign in. Results of games you played stay in the communities' history as “Former player”, without your name or photo, so other players' results and ratings stay right. Entry-fee records stay with the organizers, without your name.

If you own a community, first make another organizer its owner (the community's Settings, Members), or delete the community.

Without the app

If you cannot sign in any more, email hello@padelladder.me from the email address of your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, and ask us to delete the account. We delete the same data as above and reply to confirm, usually within a few days.

Backups

The nightly backups of the database are kept for 30 days, so a deleted account leaves the last of them within 30 days.
